Returns Policy

Effective Date: 19 September 2025

The following Conditions of Sale shall apply, without exception, to all customers of EPCO Limited (“the Company”).

1. Conditions of Return

1. Restocking Fee: All returned goods shall be subject to a restocking fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price.
2. Timeframe for Returns: Returned goods must be received by the Company within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
3. Goods Return Note: No goods shall be accepted for return without the Company’s prior written authorization. All authorized returns must be accompanied by a duly issued Goods Return Note (“GRN”). Customers may request a GRN by contacting the Company.
4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are strictly non-returnable:
   • a. Pipe
   • b. Cement
   • c. Specials (custom or special-order products)
5. Condition of Goods: All returned goods must, upon receipt by the Company, be in resaleable condition, as determined solely at the Company’s discretion.
6. Rejected Returns: Goods not accepted for return by the Company shall be held for a maximum period of fourteen (14) days to allow the customer to arrange collection. Alternatively, such goods may be delivered to the customer with their next order. Thereafter, the Company reserves the right, without further notice, to dispose of said goods.
